I then tightened the 10mm bolt back down. So I loosened the 10mm nut, pressed the terminal down to the battery, and squeezed it hard with a pair of pliers. The terminal does not have a screw to tighten it to the post. The sparks were related to the relay sounds. On further inspection, there were small sparks on the ground (black) wire on the battery terminal. So I popped the hood, and could hear all the relays clicking away. The dealership knows nothing, and was blaming my CB and LED headlights.

I also know the web is full of people with the same issue (even in other Jeep vehicles). I have been the victim of the random flashing dash lights issue.
